Standard sites take 3–5 days, Medium 7–10 days and Premium projects 2–4 weeks. I confirm an exact date before we start and I keep to it.

Yes — completely. You get the full source code and all accounts are in your name. Nothing is locked to me, and you can hand it to any developer later.

Medium includes 30 days of free support and Premium 90 days of priority support. After that I offer ongoing monthly maintenance if you want it — otherwise you're free to manage it yourself.
